I have a 1995 Buick Riviera. The driver side vents and the lower vents blow hot air all the time, even with the AC . how do I fix this?

You can actually check the Actuators (doors) that can be seen on the left front end of your vehicle beneath the console near the gas pedal. Take the appropriate size wrench, disconnect the actuators and observe if they moves when the appropriate switch is engaged. If they are working, then I would refer to the switch itself. To see these actuators please refer to gmpartsdirect.com put in the vehicle type and refer to HACV. Those items are numbered 17 &18.
