1995 cavalier

I drove it up my drive the last time it ran it was low
on gas it quit firing so I went and bought new spark
plugs and plug wire two coil packs an ignition
module and a cam shaft sensor and crack shaft
sensor and still no fire. could it be that it is to low
on gas and the safety switch flipped on it or what
am I doing wrong

There is no safety switch, check the ful pressure sounds like you may have burned the fuel pump

Yes,it will, spray some starter fluid down the throat as you try to start it, if if starts as you spray the starter fluid then you have a fuel delivery issue
