My 2007 PT Cruiser wants to stall out ,dims lights and windshielx wipers move aafter I stop at a redlight or gstop sign?

Does it start right back up? Will it stay running if you feather the gas pedal? If so possibly dirty/faulty idle air control valve or dirty throttle plate

You may check your alternator High lo does it for free so do a lot of auto parts. Your battery may also have a dead cell
