If it has an automatic transmission it will have a dipstick. If it is a manual it won't and it will use 80W or 90W gear oil instead of transmission fluid. However, you probably won't need to add fluid over the life of the car. If you want to check it, then there will be a plug in the side of the transmission case that you stick your finger straight in (NOT while the car is running), and if you feel fluid then it is full. You'll want to check a service manual for the location of the plug.
