Hey guys i have a 1994 Saturn SL1. The other day my wife drove it to the store and shut it off and everything seemed fine she said but when she went to start the car to leave it wouldn't start so she popped the hood and the serpentine belt was off because the tension pulley broke well I got the tension pulley fixed and the belt back on and everything back like it was and now the car won't still won't start. I've checked the fuel pump and it's not getting power to it and neither is the radio or the door chime. I've worked on this car all day trying to figure it out and I've checked all the fuses and the relays and still can't come up with anything and we don't have the money to take it to a shop........can anyone PLEASE HELP ME or please send me in the direction to someone that can............PLEASE AND THANK YOU

I'll climb up under it tomorrow and check and see if there's any wires broke or unplugged I didn't think about that
