When Car warms up starts surging. Replaced spark plugs & fuel Pump but still surging

Check for a vacuum leak. While its cold its in open loop mode which uses a larger amount of fuel which may be compensating for the extra air. Once it warms up and goes into closed loop the leak is noticeable because there is less fuel to compensate.
