Blower motor on a 95 saturn sl2

Ive replaced the blower motor, also the
resistor and relays there's power all the way
to the blower motor plug on harness and
still. The blower will not power up what is
wrong? I've done everything obvious! I think

Using an ohm meter check the blower motor to see if there is resistance or open ,if open then the motor bad If so replace the blower motor
Here's some other possibilities you may have a blown fuse which would be the simplest one but the other thing is you might have a climate control PC board right at the switch location on the dash sometimes they become faulty so you could have a couple other issues that are making it so there's power in the system but it's not channeled through the switches on the console so I would check my fuses and then I believe you can pop out the control panel the two knobs and see if it's burn out or not if it is it's pretty expensive you better try to find one in a good junkyard.
There's the proper amount of power all the way to the blower plug its been test with a multi meter by me and my electrician Friend as a double positive for the reading so we hook the plug back up and power the system the brand new blower motor when the low high dail the cage on the blower moved about two inches and believe it or on there the proper amount of power and relays and dude's noneseem to be blown or faulty at all. I'm at wits end and my partner has only had it for about a month and a half I've done about what I think is every thing that could possibly be or are going wrong. With oh and blower works just fine hardwairesstrait to the battery no low only high anything else I possiblitymissed????&m
Yeah that's strange have you pulled all your fuses and relays out and tested them to see if there's continuity check that out beyond that it might be your wiring in between where the switches are on the dash to the blower motor or the blower motor harness going to the main harness of the car you might want to check for a loose wires or a loose ground if you don't want to work on it which it might be too involved take a little shop and they can check it but it will be expensive! And like I said previously there's a motherboard behind where you activate your switches to turn the climate control system on it's a little motherboard that might be defective too?
