Can't locate my diagnostic port in 95 Tahoe

I know it's suppose to be under the driver's side dash,but I don't see it.Bought this
vehicle 1995Tahoe 4by4,have no speedo having transmission shifting issues.also
noticed that the 0202sensor on the driver's side isn't plugged up,but I can't find the
connector from the wire harness.vehicle idles @7rpm .PLEASE GIVE ME SOME
FEEDBACK  TO A SOLUTION TO THESE ISSUES....THANKS

1995 may not have one. OBDII became mandatory for 1996
