your ccm cassis control module is malfunctioning. Pull the battery out of the suburban and take it to your favorite autoparts store for testing and/or charging. Low electrical system voltage can cause all sorts of strange issues with the computer. if this does not help you are either going to have to call a qualified locksmith with the proper key programing tools or have the truck towed to the dealer to have the system reprogramed. If this doesn't help you will probably need the computer replaced. If charging or replacing the 'bubrs battery doesn't help I would bite the bullet and have it towed to the dealer.
I am having the same issue. Battery is charging at local auto parts store and then they are testing it. It's a 2007 Suburban. Did anyone ever find out what the issue was and what fixed it?
