Exhaust rattling and does not sound clean

2007 dodge 2500 hemi. Changed to full synthetic at
116,000. Runs great. Two to 3 weeks later exhaust rattle
at take off and doesn't purr or sound good as it did before.
Besides getting rid of the truck cause I can't. Any advice?

sounds like something else is wrong loose...get a stick/pry bar and with it running move some things around ...any better?
