Blinkers,  windshield wipers ,  and
speedometer  not working and my
emergency brake  light won't turn

All of this started happening after my battery went dead, the car won't even go over 35mph either??????

Charging the battery does not mean it's good, it needs to be load tested.If it's 4 years old or older it's time for a replacement.
