Cranking without start could be a fuel issue. Clogged fuel filters and/or clogged fuel injectors. OR it could a timing issue. Bad gapped spark plugs, plug wires in the wrong firing order, or dead plugs altogether, bad coils, or bad wires. Before further narrowing down what your problem is, you need to state what you have actually done, what has been done, when was the last time it ran well and any other details that could help.
