My 1994 suburban with a 454 randomly shuts down.

It runs out fine its only seems to be when its at an idle or slowing for a stop. If I drive with two feet I can keep it running. Doesn't sputter just shuts off

Sound,s like the IAC,may not be operating right,Idle Air Control,it control,s the air flow when at idle.

Even though now it tried to shut down on my way to town wwhile I was cruising?but then kkicked back on
