Electrical

Hi I have a 2006 unlimited wrangler.  My girlfriend
somehow had the cat on the dash and the cat pissed on
driver side dash.  She thought pouring a cup of water
where the cat pissed would be a good idea.  It's a jeep
she said.  The horn started going off solid for a bit.  She
called me and I told her how to unplug the horn under the
hood.  I got home took off all panels and plugged back in
the horn.  Horn is fine but after putting everything back
together my blinkers don't work but my emergency
flashers do.  All lights on blinkers brakes work.  Fuses
look good. Though I never put voltage meter to them.  If I
hit the brake and use the blinkers the indicator light kinda
flashes.  The indicator lights on dash work as well.  The
radio won't turn on and had backlights on dash and when
I hit time Byron it shows the time but nothing else will
work.  I tried to take leads off battery and re attach and
see if that worked but nothing.   I looked a blinker relay
and took it apart and it looks good in all the connections.
