2008 chrysler town and country 3.3 already replaced the water pump and thermostat. But sometimes it blows out cool air and sometimes it needs water. What else could it be.it is not over heating.

Problem started about 2 years ago. After it started there were two or three times the display came on for a little while but it has not come on in over a year.
