Overheating and stopping

Changed the thermostat, cause heat wasn't coming out. Still nothing, so i changed the coolant senor, and still nothing. Actually starting leaking coolant by the senor area. Now the car keeps Stalking driving, cuts off, and overheating. Need help!!!

do the fans come on when it gets hot ? Find out for sure where the coolant is coming from the intake plenum gasket only last about 75k , is coolant reservoir topped off and is it being used ? Is there white goop under the oil fill cap ? what does the exhaust look like ? is it white ? Is your head gasket blown ?
