Why won't my Buick crank?

After installing a new starter and
battery,  what would cause my
2000 Buick LeSabre with a 3.8 not
to crank at all?

Thanks Ed92626, but EVERYTHING works and lights up. I just simply get no crank at random times. Other times, it will start quickly and easily like a 3.8 is supposed to.

Ed92626, is it possible to check the two sensors without a light or a meter? I'm beginning to think that I may need to replace the ignition control module.
