Crankshaft will not turn

okay... Are you trying to crank it with the starter or by hand? Best way to check for a seized motor is to remove spark plugs, put a breaker bar on the crank and turn. If it doesn't, you have yourself a seized motor.

Yeah that sounds more like a starter issue than a crank issue. The way you framed the question it sounded like you were rebuilding a motor and couldn't get the crank to turn. In your case clicking could just mean the battery is low. Try starting it with a boost.

I tried the boost an it still clicks but tha crankshaft still won't move
