i've gone through 4 distributors already they last a weak or two truck will run fine but it never fails it will turn off on me on the freway can anybody help me ??

Sound more like a fuel pump issue to me. Of course they are in the fuel tank Pump and filter sock, the sock filter can collapse after running at high flow I beleive if you or anyone else has not replaced it pretty much a sure thing

i replaced the fuel pump,filter,and fuel injector spider before the 1st distributor i am now about to get my 5th distributor
