No running lights but I have brake lights. Check fuses and bulbs there okay head light go out when on high bright only for too long man put new harness in but still does it. Also have no dash light.

Note the diagram for tail lamps. Did you check the park lamps fuse? Not only check the fuse, use a test lite and check voltage at the fuse, hot all the time. When you turn on headlamp switch, voltage flows to tail lamps. Brown wire carries voltage to tail lamps. At the headlamp switch you could probably use a jumper wire from orange to brown wire, bypassing the headlamp switch. If the tail lamps work with the jumper but otherwise don't, suspect the headlamp switch has a problem. The wiring circuit from headlamp switch to the rear could be a problem?
