Something keeps burning out my fuel
pump!!! Plugs and wires new. Replaced hot
and ground wires. Starter is good i need

I don't know the engine size? Do you have tbi fuel injection? If so, check fuel pressure, 9--13 psi. If you have mfi the pressure is higher. Do a fuel pump amp draw test, not over 10 amps, if that much. Most digital multimeters have a 10 amp setting, should work testing amp draw. Are you using quality fuel pumps? You can check fuel filter and fuel lines. If you take anything loose, make sure no pressure on the system, before hand. Just my opinion.
