My blinkers come on but don't blink. I bought a new relay, but I can't find where it goes. The two I did find were the emergency flashers and the horn. Were is the blinker relay?

The blinker relay on these cars is typically located up underneath the driver's side, clipped to the steering column. You may need to remove a trim panel underneath the steering column to access it, if your car is so equipped. You will see it if you follow the steering column down from the top to where it exits the interior of the vehicle. The blinker relay is located approximately halfway up from where the column exits the inside of the vehicle.
