Do the fans come on when you turn on the A.C ?

Test the fan with jumper cable. Disconnect the fan and supply power straight from battery negative and positive. Becareful when doing this. If the fan turns does not turn on, then the fan is faulty.
try to put new fan switch if you done the test above from @techmisfire and the fans come on.
Check the sending unit in the block. It may have failed.

That is is reason I asked if the fans were coming on when A.C is turned on. If they did the coolent temperature sensor could be bad not telling the fans to come on when the vehicle reaches normal operating temperature.

Now if fan does not come on when A.C is turned on then check for power going to fans , fuse and relay.
Fan control module is bad. More than likely this is the problem with the xtype
For anyone who seeks this post after you test you fan and the coolant temp sensor and they check out replace the fan control module they go bad a lot because of their position and they don't have a good protective cover as a result the transponders get fried
How does the fans activate. Do they activate at the same time If the a/c is not on. The a/c fan is only for the condensor or for the radiator also. And what about if the radiator fan is running and you turn on the a/c?
