replaced battery and car won't start, but starts up when i get a jump, what can cause this?

disconnect your battery and use the other guy's battery (without the other car running) then report back.

A car that is a 2003 Saab you hook up a battery charger the car won't start you hook up booster cables with another car to your car the car starts why is that
