When I turn the heat on, it only blows out cold air. It's a hassel in the winter time, since I live in Michigan. What could be the problem??

Could be a couple of different things.. Inline valve under the hood Most are vac. operated check for bad hose.. Also check under the dash look on heater box see if the hot cold select has come loose. Good luck..
