since the hummers are no longer beening made, are the parts to fix them hard to find?

no, they are not hard to find- they have to be made for 10 years, and then after that the aftermarket generally takes over if the manufacturer doesn't continue it.

general engine parts, are they hard to find and what current vehicle would match for hummers h2?
Since these are GM products I would not worry about parts and the aftermarket will probably be carrying a lot of bits for these trucks as well.

The Hummer & Tahoe/Suburban share the same parts under the engine compartments. Just find the vehicle with the same size engine & you'll be ok
