Do you have fuel? How about spark? You can pull your spark plug wire out a little and allow a gap between coil and plug and see if you are getting spark. Maybe you aren't connecting the jumper cables correctly.

Yes on fuel, yes on spark, cables connected right plus I charged the battery to a 100%. Still won't start.

After you continue to crank, try removing the spark plug after a few tries and see if there is fuel on the plug. If its dry than, its not getting any fuel into the cylinders.
