It probably needs the motor. Have someone operate the controls in the vehicle, with the engine off, and listen for the motor running. If you can't hear it running, it probably needs a Washer Pump Motor. I really doubt the washer pump by itself is on its own fuse, it's probably tied in with another system to avoid too much redundancy, but checking them all only takes a few minutes with a test-light and a fuse block diagram. Not sure on that vehicle but many have two fuse/relay blocks, one under the hood for the powertrain-related fuses and relays, and one inside the cabin for the accessories.

ALSO: If you can access the washer motor (it will be somewhere at the bottom of the washer tank, usually in a corner, and pushes into it), you can always probe the connection with a test light and have someone operate the controls while you verify the light goes on and off. That way you know it's getting power.

2008 Ford Escape, no washer fluid coming out, no motor sound. Checked fuse 45, looked fine, put it back in, and now the pump works fine-GO FIGURE! Probably just needed a little tweek to remove some dust or something from the fuse.

Did the same to my 2011 fuse 45. Had no wiper fluid. Pulled fuse 45 . Lost my heater fan. Plugged back in. Got my fan and washer fluid back. I'll say...go figure!

Well, I did as the rest have. I have a 2012 ford escape that the windshield washer motor wasn't working. I also pulled the fuse (45) and put it back in......WALA! works good as new! Thanks for the tip!
