2007 ford explorer sport track. Bart is good
but no power to the starter. Not so much as
a binder firing.

Remove the battery and have it checked. You can have voltage (12) but no amperage to turn the engine. The check is free at a chain auto parts store.
Presuming you find the battery to be in good condition, check for clean terminals, good cables and solenoid. Don't just look, take connections loose, wire brush or sandpaper the terminals and reconnect. If none of this helps, you may just have a bad starter but that would be unusual for a 10 year old car.
