Question type: Maintenance & Repair
While driving my car would shut off and
restart right away I was told it could be the
coils or a bad fuse also a bad transmission
before I spend 2500 on a transmission I want
to see if there are any other suggestions

you should have someone diagnose it that knows what they are doing ,Could be this ,could be that is not the way to do it . scan for codes and get the definitions
Just read on car gurus that the positive cable is rubbing on an air condition line and is getting a connector hot shutting the engine down. It starts up after it cools down.
