Electrical issue

I have a 2003 Toyota Camry LE and none of my
windows go up or down could it be a fuse or a bad
ground I’ve been trying looking online to see what it
could be and nothing is working

It sounds more like the master window switch. It could be a ground or fuse, have you checked? Fuses #41, #42 & #60 (Could only find 2004 manual but should be the same) I've attached a photo. Hope this helps.

I have a 2005 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinder I have no power in the engine or dashboard. Head lights turn on but still nothing. I recently installed a new battery, new starter, new spark plugs and coil pack and a new ignition switch still no power. I feel frustrated and stuck. What can be? Please. Thanks
