If i only did three if my six pugs n coils is harmful to my vehicle

Ok so i changed only three of my coils n plugs didmt finsh
the other three on my toyota camry 2003 and all of a
sudden the next day after taking it fir a long drive it don'
want to start up was it bad should i have done all six right
then n there
