How to make my Gm radio Bluetooth compatible

I have a 2005 chevy tahoe z71  with factory radio with navigation  system  but
no Bluetooth  is there a way to replace with a another gm radio with Bluetooth  
without going with after market  option

Try a company caller icar. icarkits.com. I am using one of their kits in my 2005 Avalanche. It was an easy install and it worked great. It works with my phone and I pod. But these kits don't work with all GM radios. You can get details on what will work with your unit at their website.
