My 2004 tahoe won't start it makes a clicking noise first all the lights went off and on in it it reduced speed then cut off and it started back up but know it won't start

agreed, have the alternator and the battery both tested though. quite often you lose the battery too.
First check the cable connections and make sure the battery is charging. Then have the battery tested for a bad cell. If the battery is good, it just may be the alternator. Before buying a replacement, have it checked also. It may be a less expense to have it repaired if you go to the right place for testing.
