Start by checking to see if there is power down on the small wire on the starter solenoid when someone turns the key to the start position. If there is no power then check fuses, starter relay, ignition switch, or even the neutral safety switch. If there is power on the small wire, then there is a starter problem. First check your battery connections that their clean and tight.
Wifes Chevy Tahoe just suddenly stopped giving speedometer readout (digital) and none of turn signals or emergency flashers are working.
