2003 Chevy Tahoe, 5.3liter, v8. I noticed tonight while on Hwy 795 my rpm gauge was reading 6000 rpms. I was driving at 70 mph. What could cause my rpm gauge to read so high. No transmission issues, shifts gears perfect, no overheating. Drives excellent.
