was wondering if i can run my wires from
this to my ext. lights such as led light bars
and underglow lights most prongs are hot
with the key on and this sets left of the brake

you can get another panel from a salvage yard and mount it under the hood like a sub panel then you can have what ever protected you want , but I would think you could tap into the RUN circuit without causing problems
run circuit were is that located
I see in the pic you posted that there are things " not used " they may be on the circuit you want , RUN is one that is hot when key is in that position , key on engine off (KOEF), or running , you'll have to probe and see which one
