Stuttering issue

My 2006 Dodge Charger has a stutter when Driving
between 20-30 mph and at low-mid rpm and then
goes away when rpms are higher. Any Ideas?

Possibly an ignition miss. Is the check engine light on?

The check engine light has come on but it went away. This has been going on for about a month.
