Accelerator pedal no response from motor but engine is running ???

What is the issue or what could this be?

Get your codes read, it could be the accelerator pedal or something else causing forced idle mode. I've seen something like the exhaust back pressure sensor short out and cause a forced idle.

Could be the pedals throttle cable lacking in tension or broken, rule it out anyway

There isn't a cable. It's all electronic. The pedal is just a sensor

There is no accelerator cable it's a 2006 at 250 super duty it's like tronic it's seller will not work
