what does the red blinking light down by my leftleg mean??

When it blinks , the red LED bulb, means your security system is armed and if anybody tried to steal your car it will not start. For Chrysler products , not sure if it is an immobilizer for fuel or ignition

Just call one of those people that works with keys, you need a new one, probably about 140$ don’t call a mechanic and ask to change your starter or something like that, you will just lose money...

Hi I need help with my pt cruiser got turbo convertible 2005, while a was driving the car engine turned off, suddenly I red spot light appears on the dashboard, an since then It doesn’t start, please if someone can tell me what to do will make me very happy
