I have a 2008 Chevy cobalt it has been overheating to 112-115 F how long will it take to have water pump replaced and thermostat?

115 degrees F is not overheating. 115 centigrade is running quite hot. Which is it?
If it is running hot I would start with an engine flush and new coolant and replace the thermostat and hoses. A new radiator might be called for but if the water pump is not leaking then I would not change it.

Thermostat is easy. Is the fan running ? Does it overheat only in stop-and-go or still overheat at 60mph? Thats 240F

Only other thing I can think of is a very lean fuel/air mix will cause overheating. If the CEL is not on, man, I'm stumped
Did you replace the radiator because it was over heating or did the overheating start after the new radiator? How many miles are on the car? Make sure you did not pick up a plastic bag that is blocking air flow to the radiator.
You probably trapped air in the system when you refilled it after replacing the radiator. Make sure the system has been properly bled and is actually full. If you can't get the air out of the system have a shop with the proper vacuum tool do it for you. If the thermostat is not new replace it just to be sure. That's cheap insurance, and they don't last forever. Sounds to me like everything else is working fine.
