Driver door not closing completely

My car (2008 Hyundai Elantra) suddenly started
having an issue with the driver side door not closing
properly. I realized it when I began hearing more
wind coming in while driving. Occasionally, the
interior light comes on like the door is open. Is
anyone else having these issues?

The latch that is on the car frame was loose..I tightened it and it appears to have worked (it doesn’t loosen when I lean against it) I’ll see what happens when I take it down the interstate. Thanks so much.
