No throttle

Replaced throttle body(used) worked for a day. Replaced pedal senor(used) worked for a week. Low voltage to throttle body 4.6 and low voltage to peddle senor 4.5. could this be ecm

Check the fuse box under the hood for a fuse ( ETCS ) electronic throttle control system - fuse. This fuse if blown will show low voltage to throttle.
