LOOKING AT URCHASING A HONDA CRV EX L WITH 133629 MILES ON ENGINE. WONDERING IF I SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT HIGH MILEAGE

it might be in good shap or not...is it??? any service records ???..does it start?hummmm

Thanks. The carfax shows a pretty consistent maintenance record by 1 owner, however in Oct of 2012 the vehicle failed emissions inspection and was ultimately offered for sale. On Oct 31st it passed emissions inspection and was sold. New owner had oil and filter changed every 6-9 thousand miles from Dec 2012 to Aug 2015 when vehicle offered for sale. Passed emissions inspect and safety inspection in Feb 2015. I guess (that dealership) would be willing to let me return vehicle if my mechanic doesn't think vehicle is up to par. Thanks for your help.
