AC Does Not Blow ANY Air

3 Days ago, my AC/Heat stopped blowing any air at all in my 2008 Honda
Civic EX. It was 115 degrees here in Arizona and I'm trying to figure out if
this is a minor problem I can fix myself or if this this a major issue that I
need to take to my mechanic.

Nothing changes when I change temperature, blow speed or location. Last
year I had to add the "can of air" because I was getting wimpy cold air, but
this is the first time I've had issues with it not blowing at all.
