I'm confused. A single carburetor??? On a 2008??? Are you sure about that? Anyway, I'm sure that there is a difference in the fuel pumps. Call your local friendly parts store and ask them to check it out for you. But be sure to know if you have a carbonated engine or a fuel injected engine first. Big big difference.

Whoops.my bad. I mistook CAB for CARB. I'm old and need new glasses. BTW if you have an Advanced Auto Parts store near yo, Google Advanced Auto Parts coupons. You can order on line and save a lot and pick up your parts within an hour or less. I wish they had one here in the Philippines. It's a PIA getting parts sometimes.

i would just have the fuel pressure tested. I looked at the specs for the pumps and they are different part numbers but the GPH is can pump is about the same. One has a max of 80gph and the v8 one has a max of 85 gph. Not a huge difference. Are you sure it was swapped? What is the 8th digit of your vin#
