oil dip stick broke off in the oil tube how do i get it out of there

Drill a small hole in the plastic,install a small self tapping screw and with a pliers pull on the screw.

But the oil dip stick tube will have a o' ring on the end of it and will pull out and pop back in.

I have 2005 dodge caravan, and i did the drilling with the sheetrock and pliers but to no avail it wont budge
