I'm only getting 7.7 mpg in my 2008
dodge grand caravan sxt 3.8 L.. I was
getting 10.1 before I changed the
plugs and wires

Wrongs plugs maybe. Go with manufacturer recommends. Bad fuel mileage can be many factors:low tires,clogged injectors,clogged fuel filter, dirty air intake filter
