You need a new ignition lock, have a dealer replace it for you or a mechanic that can replace it, recut it and program it.

Do you know if a Locksmith could handle or is it more a dealer issue?
a larger locksmith company could help, ask before they come out. But a dealer can always help. Even a decent garage will have the expertise. Again, ask before.
