Electrical Problems

I have a Chevy Aveo5 and I did some rewiring for some new speakers that I put in. For some reason now the passenger side tail light isn't working at all. I tested the wires and there is some electricity going to it, but when I put the bulb in it wasn't working at all. The rear speaker that has the same power source is working, and I can't seem to figure out why the tail light isn't working. I know its not the fuse since there is electric going to the tail light. My dash is also out right now and all of the fuses are good.
Someone help me.

no power at the socket when you pulled the bulb??..check grounds.did you put a new bulb in it?? if you giggle the turn signal switch does it show any power at the socket??? ..sometimes?? report back...
